• Assessment: Upon discovering a potential breach, our incident response team assesses the scope, severity, and affected data within 72 hours.
• Containment: We take immediate steps to contain the breach, secure affected systems, and prevent further unauthorized access.
• Notification: Affected users will be notified via email and/or through the platform with a description of the incident, the types of data involved, and recommended protective actions. Notification will be provided within the timeframe required by applicable law.
• Regulatory Notification: Where required by law, we will also notify the relevant regulatory authorities of the breach.
• Remediation: We will take corrective actions to prevent similar incidents and provide affected users with guidance on protecting their data.
