Internet Security

Last updated: September 2026

Meridian, a product of iQUANT, takes the security of your data seriously. This page describes the measures we implement to protect your information when you use our platform over the internet.

Encryption in Transit

All communication between your browser and our servers is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS). This ensures that your login credentials, client data, and portfolio information cannot be intercepted or read by third parties while in transit.

Authentication and Access Control

User passwords are never stored in plain text. We use industry-standard hashing algorithms to protect credentials. Each user's session is authenticated with a secure token, and access to data is enforced on every request through Row-Level Security — ensuring that one advisor cannot view, edit, or delete another advisor's clients or portfolios.

Data Isolation

Your data is isolated at the database level. Every query is automatically filtered so that you only see records you created. Administrative access to production data is restricted to a small number of authorized personnel and is logged for audit purposes.

Infrastructure Security

Our cloud infrastructure is hosted in facilities certified under recognized security standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001). Network access is restricted by firewall rules and security groups, and production systems are isolated from public internet access wherever possible.

Vulnerability Management

We regularly review and update our software dependencies and infrastructure to address known vulnerabilities. Security patches are applied on a timely basis, and we monitor for emerging threats that could affect the platform.

Payment Security

Payment processing is handled by a PCI-compliant third-party provider. Meridian never stores your full credit card number or CVV code on its servers. All payment data is transmitted directly to the payment processor over an encrypted connection.

Your Responsibilities

While we protect data on our end, we recommend that you use a strong, unique password, keep your browser updated, and avoid accessing the platform from shared or public computers. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at Meridian@iQUANT.pro.

Incident Reporting

If you believe you have identified a security vulnerability or have experienced a security-related incident, please contact us immediately at Meridian@iQUANT.pro. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
